We do not accept return or exchange once item(s) is/are shipped. Please beware that chocolate eggs are very fragile and may break or melt during delivery/transit. We do not offer refund or replacement in case eggs arrived broken or melted.
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed. Please contact us via email to cancel an order. We will let you know if your order has been processed, shipped or successfully cancelled. We reserve the right to void or cancel any order if we find any security risks or fraudulent credit card charges are involved.
